Spilarctia spp.: Gmelina arborea (Lamiaceae) (Robinson et al. 2010). Cleome rutidosperma (Capparaceae). The caterpillar resembles closely with Spilarctia obliqua. Caterpillars are very notorious. Very hard to rear & allergic. Saumen Pal, the rearer, states he was infected by the caterpillars (Pal 2022).
