Notes: Female has ocherous anal tuft. Separated from Syntomoides imaon, as this species lacks white tips to the antennae. Also, the anal tuft is quite different from that in S. imaon. And S. imaon has two yellow bands on the abdomen, while aperiens has just one basal segment as orange.
