Species changed from Eublemma anachoresis (Wallengren, 1863) to Eublemma accedens (Felder & Rogenhofer, 1874) on 23 October 2020. Eublemma anachoresis is the African sister species of E. accedens. See Holloway (2009: Moths of Borneo part 13: pg. 181), wherein E. accedens is revived from synonymy with A. anachoresis.
